About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team at Strive Supply Chain. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving existing relationships across top-tier accounts to maintain those relationships, maximize current order potential, and develop further business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in key account sales development and business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and best practices
