Administrative Coordinator to Chief People Officer

As a vital member of our team, the Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the People Directorate.
Salary: £34,980, with annual increments up to £38,205

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Chief People Officer, as well as support for the Registrar and Chief Operating Officer when necessary.
- Prepare and organize documentation for significant university committees.
- Assist the Senior Management Team within the Directorate.
- Manage electronic calendars and coordinate meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Prioritize incoming communications and draft responses as needed.
- Support various administrative tasks assigned by the Chief People Officer, including recognition awards and compensation schemes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong educational background with excellent written communication and numeracy skills.
- Proficiency in Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in proofreading and creating documents and presentations.
- Proven track record as a senior PA or Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives.
- Ability to handle sensitive corporate information with discretion.
- Exceptional attention to detail and capability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
