Our client, a growing online retail enterprise, is in search of a highly qualified Interim Head of Human Resources (HR) to join their innovative team.

In the role of Interim Head of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing HR strategies that resonate with the company's mission and objectives.

Your responsibilities will include leading a skilled HR team and working closely with various departments to enhance organizational efficiency and promote the adoption of HR best practices during a transformative phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire HR function, including employee engagement, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related issues.
  • Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Encourage a high-performance culture that fosters employee growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion to cultivate an equitable workplace.
  • Track HR metrics and provide analytical insights to facilitate informed decision-making and ongoing enhancement.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Head of Human Resources or in a comparable HR leadership position, preferably within the e-commerce sector, though candidates from other industries are welcome.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing effective talent management and organizational development strategies.
  • Ability to cultivate a positive workplace culture and advocate for diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
