Joining WildBrain means you will be part of a narrative that encourages creativity and innovation. We are currently seeking a Head of Human Resources to join our Talent Management team. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent, the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to our global client groups, providing comprehensive support on all aspects of human capital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client groups to shape their human capital strategy, including organizational structure and ongoing development to adapt to changing business demands.
  • Provide effective leadership coaching and enhance employee relations to foster collaborative and high-performing teams.
  • Oversee the performance management framework, including its design, enhancements, scheduling, communication, and training.
  • Conduct regular audits for client groups to ensure alignment with performance objectives.
  • Lead and contribute to various initiatives within the Talent Management team.
  • Promote our corporate values and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Support the recruitment, selection, and retention processes through job evaluation and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Operations team to ensure accurate documentation of talent changes for payroll processing.
  • Identify and facilitate learning and development opportunities for teams and individual employees.
  • Play a pivotal role in major initiatives and projects within the Talent (HR) team.
  • Conduct external research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in progressively senior roles within Human Resources.
  • Strong background in organizational development with a commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures centered on employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with UK employment legislation and experience supporting global teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leadership teams across various regions.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to recognizing and enhancing effective processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Successful track record in developing and implementing impactful HR programs.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly and support change management initiatives.
