Joining WildBrain means becoming part of a narrative that encourages creativity and innovation. We are currently seeking a Head of Talent Management to enhance our Talent (Human Resources) team. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent, the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to our global client base, addressing all aspects of personnel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client groups to develop their personnel strategies, including organizational structure and ongoing growth to adapt to changing business demands.
  • Provide effective leadership coaching and manage employee relations to foster collaborative and efficient teams.
  • Oversee our performance management system, including its design, enhancements, scheduling, communication, and training.
  • Conduct regular audits for client groups to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Lead and assist with various projects within the Talent Management team.
  • Champion our corporate values and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Support recruitment, selection, and retention through our job evaluation and talent acquisition processes.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Operations team to ensure accurate recording and transfer of talent changes to payroll.
  • Identify and promote learning and development opportunities for teams and individual employees.
  • Play a pivotal role in major team and company initiatives and projects within the Talent (HR) team.
  • Conduct external research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in progressively senior roles within Human Resources.
  • Strong background in organizational development with a commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures centered on employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with UK legislation and experience supporting global teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse leadership teams across various regions.
  • Exceptional judgment in managing sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to recognize effective processes and challenge the status quo when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to the varying needs of clients across regions.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR programs.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and support change management initiatives.
