Job Title: Head of Human Resources

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our HR function and drive business growth through strategic HR initiatives. As a Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, as well as managing a team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective HR service delivery
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior management and employees
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of HR funds
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with HR objectives
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business growth
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
