Job Title: Head of HR

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources operations and ensure that all HR functions are carried out smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the HR team and ensure that all HR functions are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and coaching to managers on employee matters, including performance reviews, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Deal with grievances and violations, and take disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of employment law requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • A Human Resources Management Degree (preferably CIPD level 7 or greater).
  • Full understanding of the way an organisation operates to meet its objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels within the company.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into a people strategy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fully remote work environment.
  • Being comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in written and spoken English.

  • Group or ecosystem on brands / entities experience
  • Either Crypto Ecosystem and/or iGaming vertical experience
  • Global including perm / contract and freelance employment
  • Experience with Deel desirable
