Position OverviewWildBrain is seeking a Head of Talent Management to enhance our Talent (Human Resources) division. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent, the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to our global client base, addressing all aspects of human capital.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with client groups to develop their human capital strategy, including organizational structure and ongoing development to adapt to changing business demands.
- Provide effective leadership coaching and foster employee relations to build cohesive and efficient teams.
- Oversee our performance management framework, including its design, enhancements, planning, communication, and education.
- Conduct regular audits for client groups.
- Lead and support various initiatives across the Talent Management team.
- Work collaboratively to promote our corporate values and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Assist in the job evaluation and talent acquisition processes to facilitate recruitment, selection, and retention.
- Partner with the Talent Operations team to ensure accurate recording and transfer of all talent changes to payroll.
- Identify and promote learning and development opportunities for teams and individuals.
- Play a pivotal role in major team and organizational initiatives and projects within the Talent (HR) team.
- Conduct external research to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in progressively senior roles within Human Resources.
- Strong background in organizational development with a commitment to fostering positive workplace cultures centered on employee engagement.
- Familiarity with UK legislation and experience supporting global teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse leadership teams across various regions.
- Exceptional judgment and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential matters.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to recognize effective processes and challenge the status quo when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to the diverse regional needs of clients.
- Prior experience in developing and implementing HR programs successfully.
- Proven ability to adapt swiftly and support change management initiatives.
