Job Description

Fella & Jones is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to join our team in EMEA. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to make a significant impact on our organization's HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Attraction and Acquisition: Lead the talent review and succession planning process, ensuring effective talent attraction and acquisition across all head office positions.
  • Performance Management: Partner with senior stakeholders to advise and support with the annual performance appraisal and compensation review processes.
  • HR Advisory: Advise and support line managers on all HR-related matters, including employment law and employee-related issues, while ensuring a great employee experience.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead all HQ employee engagement initiatives, plan, develop, and deliver effective training courses.
  • Culture and Communications: Plan and implement initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications.
Requirements:
  • Graduate calibre and CIPD qualified
  • Extensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Luxury retail experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Extensive recruitment and employee relations experience
  • Previous line management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
