Exciting Opportunity for a Strategic HR Leader:

Assembly Global, a leading brand performance agency, is seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to join our team for a 9–12 month contract. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our human resources strategy and driving high performance across the organization. As part of our collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management to implement impactful HR initiatives and support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver on key people projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage budgets and costs in partnership with the Finance Team.
  • Develop and maintain fair and inclusive people policies.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations and policies.
  • Provide guidance on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the senior leadership team.
  • Track and report on people analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple European markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of driving positive change and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
