Healthcare Administrative Assistant

Location: Ramsay Health Care UK

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, part-time

Your primary responsibility will involve assisting our medical professionals with efficient and accurate documentation and record management, which is crucial for effective patient administration. You will be expected to handle multiple secretarial tasks, exercise sound judgment in addressing issues, prioritize assignments, and perform precise audio typing, all of which are integral to your role. Your skills and expertise will be appreciated, and you will have opportunities for professional development through our Ramsay Academy.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient IT skills with the ability to type quickly while ensuring accuracy
  • Experience in audio typing is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is highly advantageous
