Email Deliverability Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to enhance our email marketing capabilities at Traffic Label. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for improving email deliverability across multiple email service providers, managing third-party certification tools, and collaborating with our development team to optimize our in-house email platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve deliverability rates across all ESPs
  • Manage relationships with ESPs and certification tools to ensure IP addresses and sending domains are constantly available
  • Monitor email IP performance and anticipate potential issues
  • Collaborate with our email strategist to ensure optimal deliverability standards are met
  • Work with our marketing team to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and optimize the user journey
  • Develop and implement effective email A/B and multivariate testing
  • Identify opportunities with new ESPs and initiate discussions on new agreements
  • Collaborate with our project manager and development team to improve and integrate our proprietary email platform into new sending workflows
  • Provide regular deliverability reports and insights to the wider team
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on email
  • Has previously used DotDigital and SendGrid platforms, or similar ESPs
  • Understands key deliverability and performance metrics
  • Highly analytical and able to draw insights from data
  • Understands marketing trends, opportunities, and risks
