This is a high-level position that requires expertise in email marketing and a strong analytical mindset. You'll work closely with our marketing team to improve open rates, click-through rates, and optimize the user journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement measures to enhance deliverability rates across all email service providers
  • Manage relationships with email service providers and certification tools to ensure continuous availability of IP addresses and sending domains
  • Monitor email IP performance and anticipate potential issues to prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with our email strategist to ensure optimal deliverability standards are met
  • Work with our marketing team to improve email engagement metrics and optimize the user experience
  • Develop and implement effective email A/B and multivariate testing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for new email service providers and initiate discussions on new agreements
  • Collaborate with our project manager and development team to improve and integrate our proprietary email platform into new sending workflows
  • Provide regular deliverability reports and insights to the wider team
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on email marketing
  • Proven experience with DotDigital and SendGrid platforms, or similar email service providers
  • Understanding of key deliverability and performance metrics
  • Highly analytical and able to draw insights from data
  • Understanding of marketing trends, opportunities, and risks
