Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Revenue through tendering for Projects
  • Winning new business and customers through a range of techniques
  • Managing key accounts and developing existing relationships
  • Travelling to customer sites throughout Hampshire and neighbouring counties

Requirements:

  • Evidence of progressive leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Strong technical understanding of environmental control systems and their applications in various sectors
  • Excellent technical knowledge of design and estimating HVAC systems
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
