Our premium, tailored care services cater to adults, children, and young individuals with diverse needs, including spinal injuries, neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.

You will have the chance to advance your career and enhance your clinical and managerial skills. This role does not require working on bank holidays, weekends, or night shifts.

Role Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include assessing and reviewing personalized care plans, providing practical training to care staff, and offering clinical supervision and guidance. You will collaborate with our healthcare professionals at various care points, which may include home settings, educational institutions, community venues, and day centers.

This position also involves engaging with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing facilities, and establishments for individuals with learning disabilities.

Part of your role will involve participating in our compensated phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.
