About the Role:

The Bid Manager will be a key member of the pre-construction team at Galliford Try, responsible for leading the creation of innovative and effective responses to tender document submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Qualification and Tender Document Management: Receive, analyze, and disseminate tender documents to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Bid Programme Development: Prepare and manage bid programmes and deliverables schedules to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Bid Team Management: Ensure the bid team adheres to defined bid management processes, including identifying winning bid themes, strategies, and actions.
  • Business Development: Develop relationships throughout the business and with partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff to support their professional development.
