Join Aramark as a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to become part of our dynamic Hotel Restaurant team on a full-time and permanent basis.

In this pivotal role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the restaurant, serving as a source of motivation and guidance for the team.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless operations during shifts, prioritizing guest satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

With your proactive approach and expertise, you will be equipped to make quick decisions and delegate responsibilities among team members during service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and engage the team throughout service, fostering a positive atmosphere
  • Assist in managing labor costs by promoting efficiency
  • Drive revenue and strive to meet daily and weekly financial objectives
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in both front and back of house
  • Oversee daily and weekly operational checklists and cleaning protocols
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve guest concerns
  • Ensure proper management, security, and rotation of stock
  • Build strong interdepartmental relationships, promoting a collaborative team spirit
  • Facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team through passion and enthusiasm
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Solid understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations
  • Experience in a fast-paced bar and restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of stock management practices
  • Experience in cellar management, including line cleaning, is a plus
