About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to join our team at Anson McCade. As an IAM Lead, you will be responsible for leading critical projects, providing expert guidance, and driving innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project work-streams from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM controls, offering strategic insights and solutions.
  • Support the development of strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains.
  • Provide specialist knowledge on IAM tooling and their seamless integration with client IT systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in gathering IAM requirements and developing comprehensive strategies and designs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering various aspects of IAM projects.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to analyze enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain robust internal and client relationships.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance is required.
Desirable Skills
  • Previous client-facing consulting experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Visio and SQL skills are a plus but not essential.
