Role Summary

The Identity and Access Management Administrator plays a pivotal role within the ITSD Governance, Risk & Compliance team, tasked with ensuring that all identity and access management operations align with the Information Security policies. This position requires the ability to cultivate strong and constructive relationships with business users across EMEA and IT teams globally, providing insights into potential risks and the broader implications of Cyber Security on the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the governance and management of the identity and access management function provided by internal service providers, ensuring it meets the requirements of EMEA business operations.
  • Manage the daily activities of Security Access Administration in London, serving as the primary escalation contact across EMEA.
  • Act as a security liaison with EMEA business units, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements in Identity & Access Management.
  • Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance functions within the Security team, ensuring timely responses to regulatory and audit inquiries.

Authority and Accountability

  • Ensure the effective operation of identity and access management services, including resolution of issues across EMEA.
  • Supervise daily provisioning and activities of the Security Administration team in London, acting as the escalation point for business and technology teams across EMEA.
  • Coordinate with administration teams in North America and Tralee to streamline access request processing, reviews, and audits.
  • Initiate and oversee both scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of application and restricted folder access.
  • Provide insights, feedback, and documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Identity & Access Management processes from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Extensive functional and industry-specific experience with a comprehensive grasp of Identity and Access Management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with diverse teams across regions.
  • Proficient in data analysis, MS Office applications, and access management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying clear and concise information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in service orientation, organizational awareness, and empathy.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Able to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
