Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion

Job Summary

Ponderosa Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Diversity and Inclusion to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy and corresponding security controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IAM strategy and security controls to ensure the security and privacy of our platform.
  • Lead a team of IAM specialists responsible for the ongoing management of our IAM systems.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a brand new team of IAM specialists.
  • Design, implement, and support IAM controls, including identity federation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and identity and access governance.
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of access management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and monitoring of user access.
  • Drive the adoption of leading IAM technologies and best practices to enhance security and user experience.
  • Assist with risk assessments, audits, and implement recommendations to mitigate IAM-related risks.

Requirements

  • Held overall accountability for identity and access management controls at large technology companies or financial institutions.
  • Experience implementing and operating cloud native identity management solutions such as Okta, Sailpoint, Auth0, and similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google IdP, Sailpoint IDN).
  • Proven track record of building and managing multi-disciplined teams (e.g., software engineers/analysts).
  • Experience with Sailpoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
