Position: Identity and Access Management Administrator - Senior Role

Summary

The Identity and Access Management Administrator plays a pivotal role within the ITSD Governance, Risk & Compliance team, tasked with ensuring that all identity and access management functions are executed in alignment with the Information Security policies. This role requires the ability to cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with business users across EMEA and IT teams globally, enabling effective support while recognizing potential risks within the operational domain and the broader implications of Cyber Security for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the governance and management of identity and access services provided by internal service providers, ensuring alignment with EMEA business needs.
  • Manage daily operations of Security Access Administration in London, serving as the primary escalation contact for EMEA.
  • Act as a security liaison with EMEA business units to identify and pursue enhancement opportunities in Identity & Access Management.
  • Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance functions within the Security team, ensuring timely responses to regulatory and audit inquiries.

Authority and Accountability

  • Ensure the efficient operation of identity and access management services, including resolution of issues across EMEA.
  • Supervise daily activities of the Security Administration team in London, acting as the escalation point for business and technology teams throughout EMEA.
  • Collaborate with administration teams in North America and Tralee to streamline access request processing, reviews, and audits.
  • Initiate and oversee both scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of application and restricted folder access.
  • Provide necessary input, feedback, and documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Identity & Access Management processes from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Extensive functional and industry-specific experience with a robust grasp of Identity and Access Management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse teams in various regions.
  • Proficient in data analysis, MS Office applications, and access management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying clear and concise information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, emphasizing service orientation, organizational awareness, and empathy.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Able to operate effectively and sensitively within a multicultural environment.
