Role: Identity and Access Management Administrator - Manager

Position Summary

The Identity and Access Management Administrator plays a crucial role within the ITSD Governance, Risk & Compliance team, ensuring that all identity and access management operations are executed in alignment with the Information Security policy. This position requires the ability to foster strong, positive relationships with business users across EMEA and IT teams globally, providing essential support while understanding the potential risks associated with the functional area and the broader implications of Cyber Security for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the governance and management of the identity and access management services provided by internal service providers, ensuring compliance with EMEA business needs.
  • Manage daily operations related to provisioning, recertification, and other Security Access Administration tasks in London, serving as the primary escalation contact for EMEA.
  • Act as a security liaison with EMEA business units to identify and implement improvements in Identity & Access Management practices.
  • Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance functions within the Security team, ensuring timely responses to regulatory and audit inquiries.

Authority and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective functioning of identity and access management services, including managing issue resolution across EMEA.
  • Supervise daily operations of the Security Administration team in London and act as the escalation point for business and technology teams across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with administration teams in North America and Tralee to streamline access request processing, reviews, and audits.
  • Initiate and oversee both scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of application and restricted folder access.
  • Provide necessary input, feedback, and documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Identity & Access Management processes from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Extensive functional and industry-specific experience with a strong grasp of Identity and Access Management protocols.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively with diverse teams across different regions.
  • Proficient in data analysis, MS Office applications, and access management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying clear and accurate information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in service orientation, organizational awareness, and empathy.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Able to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
