Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team at Locke & McCloud. As an IAM Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in resolving complex Identity and Access Management challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead IAM Project Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive IAM project plans, ensuring timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Expert IAM Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance on IAM controls, best practices, and strategic planning to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Create and implement effective IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains.
  • IAM Tool Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of IAM tools, including CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID, and their integration with client IT systems.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive IAM Experience: Proven track record in gathering IAM requirements, developing strategies, and designing IAM solutions.
  • Project Management: Successful experience in managing and executing IAM projects.
  • IAM Tool Proficiency: Practical experience with IAM tools, including CyberArk, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to analyze large-scale user data, derive insights, and create effective solutions, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Eligibility and Certifications: Eligibility for SC clearance and CyberArk Certified.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Experience in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Visio and SQL.
