Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, focusing on identity provisioning, access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms utilizing the ForgeRock Identity Platform, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Possess comprehensive expertise in ForgeRock Identity Platform (Identity Manager & Access Manager), Java, JavaScript, Groovy Scripts, REST APIs, and LDAP (Directory Services).
  • Customize and configure ForgeRock components for seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
  • Develop IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to guarantee secure and efficient identity and access management.
  • Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and role modifications, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
  • Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce access control policies, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principle, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to ForgeRock configurations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Demonstrate experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Design and implement intricate identity solutions that integrate with a variety of applications and systems.
  • Integrate ForgeRock IDM with applications that expose REST APIs and cloud-based services.
  • Implement and maintain identity federation solutions for single sign-on (SSO) across various applications and services, integrating IAM systems with external identity providers (IdPs).
  • Deploy the ForgeRock stack in cloud environments (AKS/GKP) and possess a solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools to support complex architectural frameworks.
  • Customize ForgeRock UI, write scripts, and develop code to enhance the end-user experience for clients.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validation of ForgeRock solutions to ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure IAM strategies align with business objectives.
  • Communicate IAM-related updates and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
