Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Hurtigruten Expeditions. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and management of our identity and access management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and adoption of IAM policies and standards
  • Design, implement, and administer our identity and access management system
  • Administer Identity Manager, Access Manager, Identity Portal, and Advanced Authentication
  • Troubleshoot and handle IAM-related incidents and service requests
  • Develop and automate onboarding and offboarding processes and infrastructure as code
  • Manage access controls and permissions
  • Support security teams with identity governance processes and compliance practices
  • Set up and configure single sign-on for existing and new applications
  • Set up and configure user provisioning and de-provisioning, including lifecycle management
  • Set up and configure drivers for new and existing systems
  • Provide user support and training for identity and access management
  • Have a strong understanding of core systems, including D365, OCS, Workplace, LinkMobility, NetIQ, and Active Directory structure and design

Requirements

  • A passion for IAM and security, as well as a keen interest in IT
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Ideal 3+ years of work experience in the technical domain with demonstrable experience managing digital identities
  • NetIQ skills
  • Azure AD knowledge
  • Active Directory experience
  • EntraConnect knowledge
  • ITIL certification
  • ITSM experience
  • Strong teamworking skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, to communicate with technical and non-technical team members and other relevant individuals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns, and trends
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with escalations and high demand
