Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at ASOS. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key operational processes to secure corporate identities and the ASOS Identity Repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key operational processes to secure corporate identities and the ASOS Identity Repositories, primarily Microsoft Active Directory Services.
  • Provide a governance role to protect corporate identities and secure access to ASOS systems as well as of Active Directory Services, as per industry best practices and standards.
  • Design and implement Power BI dashboards to monitor and report on User Life Cycle Management and other identity and access related metrics.
  • Action IAM related tickets that are raised on the Service Now portal, primarily related to Microsoft Active Directory Services and access in Azure.
  • Work as a key point of contact for IAM related issues through escalation as part of security incidents.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in computing and networks as well as in cyber-security by having either the relevant work experience, completed a degree or obtained industry relevant certification.
  • Experienced in working with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID built-in and custom roles, Privileged Identity Management, Azure Conditional Access Policies, and Azure Identity Governance.
  • Experience of coding in PowerShell, and the use of Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Broad infrastructure knowledge around network, storage, network and security is required.
  • Analytical, problem solving and detail-oriented.
  • Love to collaborate, share and learn by doing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
