Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at the Automobile Association. As an IAM Specialist, you will play a key part in configuring and supporting IAM platforms across End-User Computing (EUC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support IAM platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Manage application management, authentication, conditional access, and hybrid identity B2B/B2C features.
  • Drive forward continual change and improvements to ensure a reliable, user-friendly, and secure experience.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements, including improving the Microsoft Identity Secure Score posture.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable expertise in Modern Identity and Access Management Systems in a Hybrid model.
  • Strong knowledge of current security standards and protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos, SSO, and FIDO2.
  • Experience with cloud-based identity models, including external identities (B2B & B2C).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, solution-focused, and committed to continuous learning and skill development.
