Identity and Access Management Specialist - 6-Month Contract - Hybrid Work Arrangement

Are you an experienced professional in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong background in One Identity solutions? We have a compelling opportunity for you to contribute to a leading retail organization on a 6-month contract, with a possibility for extension. This role is structured within IR35 regulations and involves a hybrid work model.

As an Identity and Access Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in overseeing and administering the One Identity Manager Solution. Your primary focus will be to ensure the security, integrity, and efficiency of IAM processes, protecting our systems and sensitive data from unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and recommend optimal IAM solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Manage the One Identity Manager tool by implementing necessary updates and patches to maintain its reliability and effectiveness.
  • Investigate new functionalities of One Identity Manager and assess their applicability within the existing framework to boost operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate seamless integration between One Identity Manager and target systems, ensuring data flow integrity and robust access controls.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in administering and managing the One Identity Manager solution, including performance optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID at a foundational level.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages to automate processes, enhance system functionality, and streamline IAM operations.
  • Familiarity with Exchange Online and Exchange Server to support related IAM functions and integration.
  • Thorough understanding of patch management processes for the One Identity Manager tool and associated servers to ensure security and operational stability.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 6 months (Potential for Extension)
  • Compensation: Up to £550 Per Day (Inside IR35)
