Position Overview:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist will play a crucial role in the design, execution, and upkeep of robust identity and access management frameworks utilizing Ping One, Ping Davinci, and Ping Access, along with integration capabilities with Azure AD, LDAP, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PingOne DaVinci environments and connectors, including flow creation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and general identity orchestration.
  • Architect, implement, and sustain identity and access management solutions leveraging Ping One, Ping Davinci, and Ping Access with protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and Header-based authentication.

Essential Expertise:

  • Proficient in Ping Davinci for various engineering tasks, including:
    • Application creation and flow policy configuration.
    • Flow building, including importing/exporting flows and creating subflows.
    • Understanding core connector functionalities (HTTP, Challenge, Flow Conductor, Function, Code Snippet).
    • Input schema configuration and flow design concept definition.
    • Enhancing flow capabilities with custom JavaScript.
    • Managing multiple flow versions and configuring connector instances.
    • Developing use cases for registration, MFA device, password reset, and authentication flows.
  • Engage in Scrum meetings and conduct application unit and smoke testing.
  • Provide resolution support for tickets related to Ping One, Ping Directory, Azure Federation, and Ping Davinci service requests, adhering to established protocols for integrations with PingID MFA and Ping Federate platforms. Offer support for diverse login methods utilized by various users.
