Position: Identity and Access Management Administrator - Manager

Role Summary

The Identity and Access Management Administrator plays a pivotal role within the ITSD Governance, Risk & Compliance team, ensuring that all identity and access management operations align with the organization's Information Security policies. This position is crucial for fostering strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders across EMEA and IT teams globally, providing insights into potential risks while understanding the broader implications of Cyber Security on the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the governance and management of identity and access management services provided by internal service providers, ensuring alignment with EMEA business needs.
  • Manage daily operations related to provisioning, recertification, and other activities of Security Access Administration, serving as the primary escalation contact across EMEA.
  • Act as a security liaison with EMEA business units, proactively identifying areas for improvement in Identity & Access Management.
  • Support the Governance, Regulatory & Compliance functions within the Security team, ensuring timely responses to regulatory and audit inquiries.

Responsibilities and Authority

  • Ensure the effective operation of identity and access management services, including resolution management across EMEA.
  • Supervise daily activities of the Security Administration team, acting as the escalation point for business and technology teams throughout EMEA.
  • Collaborate with administration teams in other regions to facilitate access request processing, reviews, and audits.
  • Initiate and oversee scheduled and ad-hoc reviews of application and restricted folder access.
  • Provide necessary input, feedback, and documentation for both internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Identity & Access Management processes from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in Identity and Access Management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different regions.
  • Proficient in data analysis, Microsoft Office applications, and access management platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying clear and accurate information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, emphasizing service orientation, organizational awareness, and empathy.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Able to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
