We are a rapidly expanding business department looking for a proactive and people-centric Team Leader to lead a team of Energy Experts in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and performance of the B2B team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and complaint management.
- Recruit and train new team members, fostering a culture of adaptability and solutions-focused thinking.
- Collaborate with various business teams to enhance customer relationships and service, driving performance across departmental, regulatory, and contractual agreements.
- Work towards reducing debt and ensuring industry compliance, maintaining outstanding front-line service.
- Produce regular reports on team performance and workload, highlighting areas for improvement.
