Position: Senior Administrator
Location: Paisley
Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday: 8:45 AM - 4:45 PM, Thursday and Friday: 8:45 AM - 1:55 PM (50-minute unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £23,651.97

We are looking for a committed and skilled Senior Administrator to become a vital part of our Customer & Business Services team at Pertemps TM. This role is essential in providing support to various social work entities within the region. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and adaptable professional, acting as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and process referrals received via telephone and electronic mail.
  • Offer clerical assistance to local management and their teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with the onsite team to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support various social work entities within the region.
Essential Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational abilities and a flexible mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging in busy environments supporting social work clients and their families.
  • Prior experience in a clerical capacity, performing a diverse range of support tasks.
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Excel and database management.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Self-driven and resilient, particularly when working with challenging and vulnerable client groups.
