About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kibble. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide critical support to our managers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and paper-based, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Data Protection: Ensure that all data is handled and stored in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our managers and staff, including minute-taking, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Reception Cover: Cover the reception desk as required, providing a warm welcome to visitors and ensuring that all correspondence is handled efficiently.
  • Archiving and Scanning: Maintain our filing systems, including archiving and scanning documents as needed.
  • IT Support: Provide basic IT support to our staff, including troubleshooting and maintaining our computer systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a busy office environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Qualified to HNC/SVQ level 3 in Administration or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
