Position Overview

Job Title: Community Support Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in Warwickshire.

As a Community Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating support services through collaboration with various agencies. This position requires the application of strength-based support planning, comprehensive safety management strategies, and trauma-informed care approaches. You will need to engage creatively and consistently with individuals who may be hesitant to accept support.

In this role, you will serve as a keyworker, promoting healthy lifestyles and assisting individuals in accessing essential services that address multiple challenges, including homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, interactions with the criminal justice system, and mental or physical health issues.

The ideal candidate will possess empathy and a practical mindset, helping individuals maintain their tenancies and achieve their full potential.
