In this role, you will assist individuals in enhancing their life skills and independence, while promoting enjoyable and engaging learning experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized and group support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviors.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and social engagement.
  • Organizing stimulating activities and encouraging active participation.
  • Ensuring a safe and positive atmosphere for all participants.
  • Effectively communicating with clients' families and healthcare professionals.
