Position Overview

The University of Bristol Business School is on the lookout for a Lead Student Support Coordinator to join our undergraduate team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless support process for undergraduate students.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. Daily interactions will occur with a diverse range of colleagues, including Professional Services Staff, Academic Staff, Personal/Senior Tutors, and Central Services, as well as direct engagement with students.

The Lead Student Support Coordinator will also take on supervisory responsibilities within the team and lead specific components of the educational cycle, such as managing the Extenuating Circumstances process and assisting with exam board preparations.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual who is dedicated to enhancing the student experience and is proactive and adaptable in their work approach. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively is essential. The candidate must be prepared to engage directly with students, addressing their needs concerning welfare, attendance, assessment support, progression, and connecting them with the University's wellbeing services.
