Position Overview:
TPP Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to join a reputable higher education institution. This role is pivotal in enhancing the academic experience and overall wellbeing of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wellbeing Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aimed at promoting students' mental health and overall wellness.
  • Mental Health Guidance: Provide essential support and advice to students encountering mental health challenges or stress-related issues.
  • Workshops and Training Sessions: Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training focused on mental health awareness, stress management, and wellbeing practices.
  • Resource Coordination: Keep abreast of community resources and support services to assist students effectively.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the impact of wellbeing initiatives through systematic data collection and analysis.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with students regarding non-academic concerns.
  • Pastoral Support: Provide pastoral care and mental health assistance, ensuring appropriate referrals are made when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in student surveys, feedback collection, induction programs, and graduation processes.
  • Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships with staff and partner organizations to enhance support services.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are committed to delivering high-quality pastoral care and possess experience in administrative functions within an academic environment. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
