Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Student Coordinator to join our team. As a Student Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of Candela Academy, ensuring the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Facilitate the academic journey of designated students by coordinating with tutors and mentors, managing administrative procedures, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and effective communication to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly review student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to support student success.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date on the UK education sector, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the Candela Academy team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from a UK or US university.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mainstream office software, including Google Workplace and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK education system and academic cycles.
  • Education Industry: Prior experience in the education industry.
  • Academic Background: Strong academic background and profile.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin.
