Position Overview

The University of Bristol Business School is on the lookout for a Lead Student Services Coordinator to join our undergraduate team. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with fellow Senior Student Administrators, the Deputy Student Administration Manager, and the Student Administration Manager, focusing on the comprehensive support process for undergraduate students.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, complemented by outstanding organizational and communication skills. Daily interactions will occur with a diverse group of colleagues, including Professional Services Staff, Academic Staff, Personal/Senior Tutors, and Central Services, as well as direct engagement with students.

The Lead Student Services Coordinator will also take on supervisory responsibilities within the team and spearhead various components of the educational cycle, such as managing the Extenuating Circumstances process and assisting with exam board preparations.

Candidate Profile

We seek an individual who is dedicated to enhancing the student experience, with a proactive and adaptable work ethic. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively is essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable engaging directly with students, addressing their needs related to welfare, attendance, assessment support, progression, and directing them to the University's wellbeing services.
