About the Role:

The Registry Officer is a vital part of the academic administration of Victoria College of Arts and Design, responsible for managing the student contract, processes underpinning the student journey, and data on all students and courses. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage teams across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student and course administration, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate academic activities, including assessment panels and collaborative partner meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the VCAD website.
  • Provide support to students, lecturers, and staff on academic matters.
  • Participate in regulatory body and collaborative partner visits/meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a UK university.
  • Experience in the Higher Education sector, preferably in admission or registry departments.
  • Proven IT skills, including Microsoft programs and online resources.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
