Blue Diamond IT is a small IT service and support company based in the City of London, supporting many small and medium sized clients primarily in and around the London area and some that are international. We strive to look after our clients requirements to the highest standards and provide a complete service for all their IT needs.

You will be working as part of a small team based in our London office to help support our clients along with configuring and maintaining their systems. You should be a keen and ambitious person, hardworking, willing to learn and take direction. You will be given ongoing in-house training as part of your job roll. You will be expected to provide a high level of service, professionalism and presentation to our clients. There may be some very occasional evening / weekend work and some possibility of out of hours telephone/remote support.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a small team with exposure to many different aspects of day to day IT alongside various client and in-house projects along the way.

The role and what we expect:

- Using your own initiative to investigate and problem solve and escalate when required alongside working as part of the team for those bigger issues
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 hosted solutions - Exchange / Azure / SharePoint / OneDrive / Intune etc..
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an IT environment including providing administration of Microsoft 365
- Install and use of current Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
- Setup and configuring of desktops, laptops and peripherals
- Installation and configuration of user and server software
- Assisting with migration of systems and users
- Monitoring and supporting networks, security, firewalls and routers
- Supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Good working knowledge of hardware such as PCs, Laptops, tablets & mobile phones
- Networking & wireless configuration and deployment of routers & firewalls
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and/or Exchange Server is beneficial but not essential

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
