**Immediate Start**

Our client within the It Services is urgently looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer on a Perm basis to start ASAP. Based in their London office supporting around 90 staff with desktop matters and liaising with colleagues across other IT teams toresolve issues. As the first point of contact in IT, the role requires good soft skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. You will be supported by our Global support team who provide remote support to colleagues in the office and working from home

**1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - London - Hybrid
Job Requirements
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation

**1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - London - Hybrid
Skills
- Demonstrable troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of / exposure to ticketing systems and understanding of customer-facing
- responsibilities.
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
- A passion for providing top-quality support and an excellent customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with an excellent telephone manner
- Personal accountability and drive for excellence.
- Experience in IT problem-solving.
- Ability to work comfortably in a busy environment
