- Answer phones and take messages.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Producing and circulating reports.
- Arranging business trips.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
This role is office based and cannot be performed remotely.
- Monday - Friday
- 9am-5pm (35 Hours)
- 27 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays
- Free on-site parking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
