A new opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team at head office in Blackpool.

Responsible for keeping the office administration for Area Supervisors and the Scheduler up to date and carrying out related tasks.

**It is essential that the Administrator assume responsibility for the efficient running of their own areas and plan their time to meet the demand of the role.**

**Administrator Job Duties**:

- Meet and greet visitors into the office
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Interacts with manager/seniors
- Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed

**Administrator Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong record keeping skills

**Other duties**:
You may have to undertake other duties at the same level of responsibility at any time, as well as or instead of those listed above.

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
