We seek a top calibre, highly organised receptionist/Administrator to support our team and patients.

We are a successful private physiotherapy clinic based in Blackpool. We pride ourselves on high-quality friendly patient care.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Essential requirements for this position include**:
Command of the English language with good writing and grammar skills. Excellent communication and organisation skills.

IT literate, experience using Cloud based software & Microsoft Word and Excel

GCSE (or equivelant) Maths & English

Smart, professional appearance with excellent time management and interpersonal skills

Used to paying attention to detail with the ability to multitask and problem-solve

Invoice and bookkeeping experience. Xero or equivalent software knowledge is desirable but not essential

Diary management experience

**About you**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackpool, FY4 1JQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (required)
