Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in using computerized systems such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday.
