About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our client's team in Bispham. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Main Responsibilities:- Manage the office inventory and supplies
- Provide administrative support to senior managers and teams
- Co-ordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process financial transactions and prepare reports
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry
- Communicate with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues
- Perform quality control checks and implement process improvements
- Source and purchase equipment, supplies, and materials
- Update and maintain company documentation
- Manage PPE and tools inventory
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Verify driver's licences and qualifications
- Collaborate with the Head of HR & Compliance to ensure training records are up-to-date
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary for this role is estimated at £12.21 per hour, based on the national average hourly rate for part-time administrators in the UK.
