About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Administrative Officer to join our team at ICare GB Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate sales ledger postings and timely payroll administration.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll calculations and HMRC regulations. AAT Level 2 qualification is desirable, as is experience of working in the care sector.

You will process customer Direct Debit Forms, enter sales invoices onto Sage, and carry out monthly reconciliations. You will also provide advice on the day-to-day details of the sales ledger and payroll system, responding to enquiries from internal operational teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a refer a friend scheme and an employee assistance programme.
