Our company is looking for a skilled Accounts and Payroll Specialist to join their small, family-run business in the heart of Bacup, Lancashire. This dedicated team member will be responsible for managing accounts using Sage software, processing payroll, and supporting additional administrative and accounting duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts using Sage software, ensuring accurate and efficient financial records
  • Process payroll, with Superpay experience preferred (training on Superpay provided if needed)
  • Support importing procedures by using CDS software (training provided)
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Sage software
  • Proficiency in payroll processing (Superpay preferred, but not essential)
  • Familiarity with import procedures, or willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisational skills and adaptability
  • Resides within 8 miles of Bacup, Lancashire

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. The estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum pro rata (£15 - £16 per hour).
