With business growing at an incredible speed, we have a new role open as Administrative Assistant.
Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and greeting visitors
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Welcoming Visitors, signing in and ensuring all documents are completed
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Assist with routine testing, record maintenance from production and operations
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Utilize computerized systems to manage office operations
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
